Expedition in Nepal started to become popular after the first successful ascent of a British mountaineer Sir Edmund Hilary and nepalese guide Tenzing Norgay after George Mallory and Andrew Irvine failed to complete the expedition because of an unpleasant accident during their ascend. It is yet a mystery whether they reached the summit or not. Since then and now this adventurous and nerve wrecking expedition has claimed the lives of more than 400 people from different parts of the world including Pasang Lhamu Sherpa, the first nepalese woman ever to climb Mount Everest who perished to the mountain on her descend after she successfully reached the summit. Nepal is now a very popular and the best destination for mountaineer both amateurs and veteran as there are a range of mountains from 6000 meters to 8000 meters that still stand tall proud for them to conquer as Nepal alone is the home to 8 of world's 14 mountains, over 8000 meters anyone can easily work the math now.
